Kourtney Kardashian looks glowing in new pregnancy photos after sharing her terrifying hospital dash.
The expectant mom, 44, was rushed to hospital last week for emergency fetal surgery to save her unborn son.
But just a few days on, Kourtney is back living the glam life, sharing photographs of her posing in a black leather-and-lace outfit with her bump on display on Instagram.
Seated on a cream chair, Kourtney is seen with protective hands over her belly in black lace gloves, matching her sheer, lace top.
Completing her look with black leather pants, an oversized trench coat and a pair of shades, The Kardashians looks relaxed and healthy and she throws her hair back in the shoot.

Alongside the pic, she wrote: “Pregnancy is so empowering.”
Kourtney’s recovery has come after a terrifying medical emergency where she was rushed to hospital last week.
Her husband, Travis Barker, cancelled scheduled Blink 182 shows in the UK and fled back to Los Angeles after hearing the news, with the usually social-savvy couple going quiet for a number of days.
Hours later, Travis shared pictures from an airport prayer room while he waited to get home.

On Wednesday, September 6, the couple spoke out about what happened, thanking the doctors and surgeons who helped save their baby’s life.
Alongside a black-and-white photo of Travis holding Kourtney’s hand in her hospital bed, the pair explained briefly what had happened.
“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our babies life,” she wrote.
“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”

“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,” she added.
“I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.
“I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”
