Real Housewives Lystra breaks silence about finding love with a woman for the first time as she joins show | The Sun

REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Lystra Adams has broken her silence since coming out on the show.

The reality star, 45, opened about finding love, having babies and getting married in a candid chat.



Lystra, who is a former model,has fallen for a woman since splitting with her ex-husband David Fox.

When asked about being the first openly gay romance on the show, the star gushed: "Whether it's man or woman, follow your heart. That's me.

"I did the same. I've always been with guys, even when I met Ashley, I wasn't looking, as such, and I didn't think that that was going to happen and it just did.

"And I'm the happiest I've ever been. I'm so in love. I thought I knew what love was but, no, that wasn't. I think definitely now I'm in love and I can't wait to shout about it and tell the world about it."

The mother-of-one even admitted to discussions about marrying her girlfriend, Ashley, stating: "We're definitely talking about it. We're definitely talking about it.

"Maybe in another year or two, but we definitely want to do like a nice, big, white wedding in Italy or somewhere. I think it's either there or the Caribbean."

Lystra also confessed to considering having more children, exclaiming: "Babies?! Well, I did actually think that I don't want any babies, but I mean we did actually start talking about it the other day.

"We might. Babies might be on the cards. Watch this space!"

When asked about the upcoming series, which airs on the 20th of March, the entrepreneur warned viewers to expect "lots of laughter, lots of fun" and "a bit of drama".

She went on to tease that the RHOC cast will meet her girlfriend for the first time and that tensions are arising in the group.

Lystra explained: "Well, there have been arguments and there has been division within the group, but as we divide, we do find a way to come back together."
