Holly Willoughby labelled ‘out of this world’ in plunging dress ahead of Dancing on Ice semi-final

Holly Willoughby looked sensational on Sunday night for the semi-finals of Dancing on Ice 2023 as she wowed in an "out of this world' black ballgown.

The co-host of ITV skating show, 41, took to Instagram to share her look ahead of the episode.

Holly looked incredible in a black figure hugging ballgown which had a high thigh slit and a gold sweetheart neckline.

She paired the dress, which is made by Canadian boutique Lucian Matis, with simple silver hoops from Jessica McCormack, a large silver dress ring from Hancocks London and some barely there sandal stilettos.

The This Morning star also styled her signature blonde locks into a tousled blow-dried hairdo, adding some glowy make-up to finish.

"It's the semi-final on Dancing on Ice, double elimination tonight…see you on ITV", she captioned the post on her Instagram.

Fans were quick to race to the comments, gushing over how beautiful she looked.

One person wrote: "You look stunning Holly love Dancing on Ice xx"

Another added: "Wow Holly out of this world".

"Best ever stunning dress, super special, I love it," a third wrote with some heart emojis.

Somebody else said: "I love this dress. Dammit I want your entire wardrobe."

It comes as two celebrities were axed from the show in a brutal double elimination.

The ice-skating competition returned for the semi-finals on Sunday night with as The Vivienne, Joey Essex, Nile Wilson, Siva Kaneswaran and Mollie Gallagher fighting for a place in a final. .

The five of them were tasked with performing twice this week all while hoping to earn the approval of judges Oti Mabuse, Ashley Banjo, Jane Torvill and Christopher Dean – but perhaps most importantly, also the approval of the voting public at home.

After a hard fought battle that saw all five contestants pour their heart and soul into their performances, it was Siva and Mollie that were ultimately sent home.

Siva’s emotional performance dedicated to former bandmate Tom Parker, wasn’t enough to earn him a place in next week’s culmination of the competition.

Despite her clear improvement and eye-catching time on the ice, it also was time up for Coronation Street star Mollie Gallagher.

Next week, the three remaining couples will take the ice for the final time tasked with the iconic Bolero dance, famously danced by Torvill and Dean.
