Dragons' Den's Deborah Meaden rips into Steven Bartlett after savage comment about Sara Davies | The Sun

DRAGONS' Den's Deborah Meaden ripped into Steven Bartlett after his savage comment about Sara Davies.

The latest episode of the BBC One show aired on Thursday night and saw a fiery exchange between the dragons.

One entrepreneur arrived in the den with his paper games business.

David Hawcock showed the business tycoons his pop up chess set and revealed other paper games are in the pipeline.

The idea caught the eye of the dragons as Sara Davies said it was "really impressive", while Peter said: "I’m genuinely blown away."

Peter was the first to make an offer before Deborah followed suit.

It wasn't long before David was left delighted as four out of the five dragons all wanted to invest – with just Steven Bartlett left to share his thoughts.

Giving the entrepreneur advice, Steven said: "I’m going to say that I’m out, but I will say, which will annoy some of my fellow Dragons, I don’t think you should be giving away your profession, I think you have enough in that box as a standalone proposition."

Peter quickly quipped that he wasn't surprised the tycoon was out and that he "couldn’t have done anything with this business".

But it was Steven's next comment that left Deborah seething, as he said: "I think Sara’s offers great, she’s the most qualified."
