Coronation Street youngster Hope Stape (Isabella Flangan) puts her revenge plan into action next week following the death of Cilla the Chinchilla.

Hope confides in Sam Blackman (Jude Riordan) how she intends to have her own back on Peanut the dog for Cilla’s murder and needs his help.

In the factory, Beth Tinker (Lisa Goerge) tells Fiz Dobbs (Jennie McAlpine) she’s sorry about Cilla, but at the end of the day, she was only a posh rat.

Fiz is incensed and Carla Connor (Alison King) has to step in before a fight breaks out.

On Hope’s instructions, Sam reluctantly cons Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) into handing over Vin-Diesel the weasel from the barber’s.

Ordering Sam to go, Hope carefully places Vin Diesel’s mouth around the skin of her arm.

Hope approaches Peanut and lets out a scream. Will she get her revenge?

Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) later catches Hope sneaking out of the backyard carrying David Platt’s (Jack P Shepherd) stuffed weasel, is the game up for Hope?

Meanwhile, Beth confronts Hope and the school girl returns home in tears and reveals that Beth slapped her in the face.

Fiz and Tyrone confront Beth over Hope’s allegation but Beth denies she did anything of the sort.

A concerned Fiz suggests to Beth that the four of them should sit down and talk through the incident with Hope but when the youngster returns home, she's furious and storms out.

Elsewhere, Eileen Grimshaw (Sue Cleaver) returns from Thailand and George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley), Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce), Sean Tulles (Antony Cotton) and Mary Taylor (Patti Clare) welcome her home.

Eileen presents Todd with some boxing gloves from Thailand and insists he and George give them a go.

George takes a swing at Todd, accidentally cracking his tooth.

Sean and Laurence Reeves (Robert Shaw Cameron) find Todd nursing his cracked tooth.

Sean books him an appointment with Laurence, how will Todd react?
