KYLIE Jenner may have to testify as a witness in Megan Thee Stallion's trial against Tory Lanez.
Tory was charged with allegedly shooting Megan in the foot after a pool party at Kylie's mansion in Los Angeles in July 2020.
More than two years later, Tory's assault trial finally kicked off earlier this week.
The Canadian rapper – real name Daystar Peterson – has been charged with assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle.
If found guilty, the 30-year-old faces up to 12 years in prison.
Tory's lawyer could reportedly use Kylie, 25, and her mom Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble, 42, as defense witnesses because they were at the party that night.

“Tory’s lawyer told the judge that Kylie Jenner and Corey Gamble are on his list of possible defense witnesses because they were present at Kylie’s pool party before the July 2020 shooting,” tweeted Rolling Stone reporter Nancy Dillon on Monday.
“The argument, everything started there," Tory's defense lawyer said.
The assault trial began with jury selection in Los Angeles on Monday.
The rapper has been released from house arrest after a judge overruled an objection from the prosecutors, according to Rolling Stone.

Tory was placed on house arrest in October after rapper August Alsina alleged that he "beat him up" in Chicago on September 18 – something Tory later denied.
Prosecutors in the trial against Tory have claimed they have enough evidence to convict the rapper of carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle, personal use of a firearm and assault with a semiautomatic firearm.
They are reportedly set to call Megan's former friend Kelsey Harris as a witness during the trial.
Kelsey was in the car with Tory during the alleged shooting in 2020.
Opening statements for the trial are scheduled to take place on December 12.
Megan, 27, publicly accused Tory of shooting her in the feet several weeks after the incident.
In July 2020, she left a lockdown-defying party Kylie's $36million house in Tory's SUV with Tory and her former assistant Kelsey.
The musician stepped out of the car after an argument broke out.
"I asked the driver to pull the car over, and I should've stayed out of the car," she explained in a tearful interview with Gayle King back in April.
After some persuading, she got back in the car but the Savage singer said the arguing got "worse" so she exited the vehicle once more.
The row escalated and Megan heard a man screaming: "Dance b***h."
"He is standing up over the window shooting and I didn't even want to move I didn't want to move too quick cause I'm like, 'Oh my God if I take the wrong step I don't know if he's going to shoot me and kill me.
"I was really scared because I had never been shot at before. And I looked down at my feet cause the adrenaline is pumping so hard I wasn't sure if he hit me. I can feel it but I wasn't sure what was happening.
"And so I look down at my feet and I'm like 'Oh my God, I'm really bleeding.'"
MEGAN SPEAKS OUT
Megan – real name Megan Pete – also alleged that Tory offered her $1million to keep quiet about the incident.
Megan first spoke out against Tory in August 2020.
She wrote on Instagram: "I didn't tell the police nothing, because I didn't want us to get in no more trouble than we was about to get in.
"Stop acting like black women is aggressive when all they be doing is speaking the facts, and you can't handle it.”

When police arrived, the Texas beauty said she told them she had stepped on broken glass – but later said she feared cops would start shooting if they knew there was a gun involved.
