THEY rule daytime TV but the Loose Women cast and This Morning's Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby don't always see eye to eye.
Birds of a Feather star Linda Robson this week insisted presenters on the two shows are not at war after failing to applaud Phil and Holly when they picked up a National TV Award last week.
There were cheers and boos as Phil and Holly collected a gong – despite the furore over Queue-gate.
Viewers were quick to spot that Loose Women’s Kaye Adams slow-clapped their win while Linda didn’t applaud at all.
But speaking exclusively to The Sun, Linda, 64, said: "There is no issue between me, Holly and Phil.
"We just showed that we were disappointed that we lost, and we are allowed to be disappointed.

Phil vs Eamonn
The Irish presenter, whose wife Ruth Langsford is a Loose Women host, has taken a series of swipes at Phil and Holly after being axed from This Morning.
In February this year he claimed Phil was “renowned for snubbing people”, adding: “He is very passive-aggressive.”

After Eamonn insisted he had to set the record straight on Instagram, This Morning’s fashion guru Lisa Snowdon and ex Loose Women star Saira Khan appeared to show support with positive emojis.
The bad blood began in November 2020 when Eamonn and Ruth were dropped from their Friday morning slot on the show after 14 years.
Eamonn had a go at Phil and Holly again when they failed to queue to see her Majesty lying in state, calling the move "arrogant".
Phil vs Ruth
Ruth complained to bosses after Schof cut her off mid-sentence during a Loose Women Trailer in 2019.
Ruth was seen to slam her pen down in fury after she was left hanging.
The soured relations were clear for everyone to see at the NTAs in July 2020 when Phil, Holly, Ruth and Eamonn took to the stage for the Best Live Magazine Show award.
Viewers said Ruth had "forced a smile" and Phil didn’t make her part of the acceptance speech. Painful!
Ruth vs Alison
After being axed from This Morning, Ruth appeared to take a sneaky swipe at replacement Alison Hammond, who started her career on Big Brother.
Ruth, 62, said she and Eammon had worked hard for their jobs and “didn’t do a reality show”
The comments sparked rumours of simmering tension between the two presenters, but Ruth quickly denied she had been referring to Alison, 47, saying her comments were “not directed at anyone in particular”.
Alison later admitted that not all the This Morning presenters are friendly with each other.
There was also a televised awkward moment between the women in November 2020, before Ruth and Eamonn left This Morning.
Alison was drafted in to host the show while Holly had a day off and took part in a live link-up with Ruth as it crossed to Loose Women.
Viewers tweeted that the TV veteran spoke to Philip instead of the newcomer. Others described it as “awkward”.
Janet vs Phil and Holly
Janet Street Porter took a sideways pop at Holly and Phil after they used a fast-track pass to see the Queen’s coffin.
The Loose Women panellists were discussing being woken up by a cockerel when Janet told how she was woken by her partner’s dog.
She said: “You’re in the middle of your sleep having a really lovely dream.
“You know I’m at a party with loads of famous people getting into the VIP area – without any queuing.”
Ruth laughed while Coleen gave her a disapproving look.
Kelly Holmes vs Phil and Holly
Viewers accused the Loose Women of having a dig at Phil and Holly when they spent the first 10 minutes of a show talking about queuing at the Queen’s funeral
Co-hosts Charlene White, Coleen Nolan and Katie Piper spoke at length about fellow panellist Dame Kelly Holmes spending hours waiting to see the Queen’s coffin.
Kelly, 52, explained how she patiently waited for hours with a 90-year-old veteran instead of taking up a chance to skip the line by officials.
Viewers felt the story was a dig at the This Morning presenters.
One tweeted: "Loved Dame Kelly Holmes subtly having a dig at Phil & Holly for not queuing . Yes Phil & Holly a 90 yr old queued for 7 hours!"

Another wrote: "Brilliant. Kelly Holmes sharing footage of 90 year old man she met in 7 hour queue. And how she / he was offered to jump it but didn’t. Genius."
Dame Kelly later admitted she swore after the Loose Women failed to win at the National TV Awards before regaining her composure to applaud Phil and Holly.
