EastEnders' Shakil star Shaheen Jafargholi is unrecognisable four years on from soap exit | The Sun

EASTENDERS' Shakil star Shaheen Jafargholi is unrecognisable four years on from his soap exit.

Shaheen, 25, played Shakil Kazemi in the BBC soap from 2016 until 2018.

Shakil was murdered in a knife crime storyline and since leaving EastEnders, Shaheen has continued to act.

He has appeared in Casualty where he played Marty Kirkby.

But in recent pictures on his Instagram page during a holiday in Ibiza, Shaheen looked very different from the dark haired star soap fans will remember.

Shaheen has swapped his dark locks for a dramatic blonde, closely cropped look.

EastEnders fans shocked as they spot Hollyoaks legend in the Queen Vic

The actor showed off his sense of style in light blue jeans, a black tight T-shirt and a funky black bag with silver balls all along the strap.

In another snap, he swapped his T-shirt for a white vest while still carrying the bag across his body, while wearing sunglasses on top of his head.

While Shaheen looks noticeably different from his days on EastEnders, he looks worlds away from the little boy who first rose to fame on Britain's Got Talent in 2009.

Shaheen appeared on the third series of the ITV show at the age of 12 and impressed the judges and viewers with his incredible vocals.
