Strictly turns frosty as fans convinced ‘bias’ Shirley has it in for contestant
Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas has come under fire for criticising one performer for her performance in the reality show.
Fans were far from impressed after Fleur East landed in the bottom two on the dancing programme and forced to fight for her spot in next week's performance
Followers appear to have blamed Shirley, with one saying: "I love the show and yes they know their stuff. But the first week she told Will he was easy on the eye… she was drooling over Tyler and she was definitely cold towards Fleur & Ellie T."

Another commented: "Noticed it last year too. If it was a male judge making sexist comments the BBC would be flooded with complaints."
A third added: "Even though I knew the result, I have just watched the results show to watch the dance off. What is Shirley's problem with Fleur??
"She also said out of the two celebrities that had been placed in the bottom two, she'd have saved Richie. They are there to judge the dancing, not the celebrities. She has nit-picked at Fleur from day one. She is too biased to be head judge."

A fifth penned: "I love Strictly. I do find every year Shirley has favourites. I'm not a dancer so maybe she is seeing something I am not."
It was confirmed on Sunday (October 9) night's show that Fleur would be in the dance off to fight for her place in the competition, with the performer adding she was incredibly nervous to be in the dance off.
Judge Craig Revel Horwood told her that he was utterly shocked to see her in the dance off and encouraged the star that she will be "great".
