Chelsea and Arsenal 'among FIVE Premier League teams to send scouts to Leverkusen to watch transfer target Moussa Diaby' | The Sun
A number of Premier League clubs are interested in Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby, according to reports.
The likes of Arsenal and Chelsea have sent scouts to watch the Frenchman this season, claim 90min.
Tottenham, Man City and Newcastle, who have been tracking Diaby for a long time, also reportedly have representatives keeping an eye on his performances.
Diaby starred in Leverkusen's recent Champions League win over Atletico Madrid scoring his side's second goal of the game as they won 2-0.
And Chelsea supposedly had scouts in the crowd at the Bay Arena to see his great display in midweek.
For a team to buy Diaby, a fee of around £50-£60million has previously been reported.

The 23-year-old winger started his career at Paris Saint-Germain before moving to the Leverkusen and he has since featured 134 times for German club scoring 36 goals.
This season he has scored just one goal and assisted two in all competitions and his dip in form has led to him being dropped from the France national team.
In contrast, last campaign he helped fire Gerardo Seoane’s side to a third place finish in the Bundesliga scoring 17 goals and assisting a further 14.
Arsenal are in the market for an additional winger as they also chase Ukrainian star Mykhaylo Mudryk.

As for Chelsea, Graham Potter could be keeping tabs on Diaby as he looks to put his own mark on the squad in future windows.
Newcastle were linked with him all summer but instead chose to spend big on striker Alexander Isak but next year or in January they could re-ignite their interest.
A big money bidding war could start with so many clubs keen on his signature.
