Meghan Markle’s forthcoming Variety cover story for its “Power of Women” issue has been postponed out of respect for the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The “Archetypes” podcast host, 41, was given the honor alongside Ava DuVernay, Elizabeth Olsen and Hillary and Chelsea Clinton, among others.

The magazine announced Thursday that Markle’s cover will not be available until further notice while she and the royal family mourn the loss of Her Majesty, who died Sept. 8 at age 96.

“Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, was chosen as one of one of this year’s stellar honorees,” Variety wrote via Twitter Wednesday.

“The Duchess’ cover will be postponed to a later date, out of respect for the recent passing of Queen Elizabeth II.”

Additionally, Markle will no longer be attending the “Power of Women” issue’s accompanying Los Angeles event on Sept. 28.

The “Suits” alum and her husband, Prince Harry — Elizabeth’s grandson — are currently in the UK preparing for the sovereign’s state funeral on Monday.
