THIS Morning fans were delighted by today's pairing as Rylan Clark and Ruth Langsford were reunited for the first since since 2016.

The pair took to our screen earlier today to present the ITV show.

Ruth, 62, and Rylan, 33, are filling in as presenters while Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are away.

Viewers of the ITV show took to Twitter to share their love.

One said: "Thoroughly enjoying Ruth and Rylan on #ThisMorning fantastic chemistry."

Another tweeted: "Soooo good to have Ruth and Rylan back!!!"

This Morning has been on our screens since 198 and covers a range of topics including news, showbiz, lifestyle and fashion.

Ruth became a main presenter of the show alongside husband Eamonn Holmes in 2006.

They presented the show on Fridays and during half term time.

Then in 2020 viewers were shocked to hear the news that they were leaving the mid-morning show and were going to be replaced by Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond.

They continued as stand-in hosts until Eamonn stood down after 15 years in November, joining GB News.

Rylan first appeared on This Morning back in 2014, but decided to leave in 2019.

The two have become great friends over the years and Ruth refers to Rylan as her TV son.

Opening up about their relationship to The Sun back in April, Rylan said about Ruth: "She’s one of my best friends, me and her together are just tragic.
