Reebok’s Latest Question Mid Dunks on the "Hornets"
When it comes to influence and impact on the game and culture of basketball, Allen Iverson has played a pivotal role in merging the worlds of fashion and ball. Much like Michael Jordan, his style on and off the court has led to trendsetting and an ever-raising bar of footwear designs that are consistently hitting the market. Now, Iverson and Reebok are presenting the latest iteration of the Question Mid. Hot on the heels of the “Blue Toe” edition, this latest version arrives in a mix of “Cold Grey/Bold Purple/Classic Teal” colors that pay homage to the jersey of the Charlotte Hornets, a team Iverson was known for playing his best basketball against.
Coming constructed with a blend of tumbled, smooth leather and mesh materials, it also features its signature honeycomb comfort in the midsole. This edition of the Question Mid has a close resemblance to the “Radiant Aqua” colorway, with its grey base setting foundations for the speckles of “Bold Purple” and “Classic Teal.” The toe caps and branded back tabs of the shoe are illuminated and are complemented with Iverson’s signature number three. Rounding off the design, a purple Reebok logo is embroidered into the midfoot.
