Richard Madeley’s pregnant daughter Chloe poses totally naked outdoors to celebrate her body | The Sun

PREGNANT Chloe Madeley has shared a picture showing her completely naked.

The star shared the picture – showing her on a balcony looking over countryside – after being asked about "getting back in shape" after having the baby.

Chloe – the youngest child of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan – said she was "extremely excited to rehab my body postnatally".

However, she added: "That doesn’t mean I don’t LOVE my pregnant body… clearly I do."

Her husband, rugby star James Haskell, replied to the post appreciatively, writing simply: "🔥🔥🔥."

Chloe wrote: "I was asked on IG this morning if I’m excited to get back in shape post pregnancy.

"I nearly skipped over the question so I didn’t have to answer it and undoubtedly have my answer be misconstrued and misjudged. Because the answer is yes.

Like Chloe Madeley, I’m thrilled my hubby has bedded more than 100 women

"I am extremely excited to rehab my body postnatally; my core, my pelvic floor, my glutes, everything that has had to shift, make way and change for my little potato will need to be rehabbed and nursed back to health.

"I am excited to PATIENTLY watch my physique change again, too."

She added, pointing to the shot with an emoji: "That doesn’t mean I don’t LOVE my pregnant body…clearly I do 😂☝🏼.

"I work in the body. I have done for a decade. I’ve been passionate about it for longer than that.

"It was that passion that saw me change my career, lifestyle, body and mental health.

"I love a performance goal. I love a physique goal. I love what I do.

"Today, this love is CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY deemed as hatred for your female form.

"Deemed as insecurity born of the patriarchy and or the media. It is SO frowned upon for women to have body goals.

"Why? If your body goal is to stay the same, to become healthier, to become fitter, to become stronger, or to grow and develop a physique, why is one any more valid than the other?

"Do you change your hairstyle? Wear makeup? Buy a new dress before a holiday? Try a new shade of nail varnish? Get your eyelashes tinted?

Screw it, celebrate your body, even if it doesn’t fit the trend right now

"All of these actions likely help you to FEEL better in your own skin, and they are all accepted amongst women. So why isn’t a body goal?

"Try not to project your own experiences onto others, not everybody’s 'why' is the same.

"I’ve also had this photo in my camera roll since early June, and I love it. But I’ve been too scared to post it in case people think it’s overly confident, or in case they make something of mine that I think is beautiful, ugly.

"Funny that, isn’t it? The fear of sharing a positive relationship with your body is matched on either side of present day love and acceptance, or later date goals to evolve, because so many will project onto it their negative opinions.

Chloe concluded: "So screw it, celebrate your body, even if it doesn’t fit the trend right now.

“'Self love' should be an option for EVERYONE, after all ❤️."
