BBC viewers seriously concerned for presenter as she struggles through weather report | The Sun

BBC Breakfast's weekend weather host was praised by her colleagues for "battling through" a recent report, leaving fans concerned.

Sarah Keith-Lucas appeared on the Sunday instalment of the show, where she presented the weather forecast.

As she discussed a potential upcoming heatwave, the weather expert looked visibly uncomfortable, before she apologised to viewers and explained that she was currently suffering from a terrible cough.

She told those who tuned in on the weekend: "Excuse me!" as she tried to stifle her cough.

Sarah battled her way through the report before later adding: "Very sorry for my cough!"

Her BBC colleagues, Nina Warhurst and Roger Johnson were quick to praise Sarah, calling her a "true professional" for carrying on.
