PHILLIP Schofield begged fans for help after struggling with his at home spa day which he branded "a very bad idea".
The 60-year-old posted some clips on his Instagram story showing him laying in bed and indulging with a sheet mask.
But This Morning host Phil struggled with the DIY beauty treatment and told his followers: "I can't do this. I'm so rubbish at this!"
As he attempted to flatten the mask, he added: "It's stuck in my eye! This is definitely going to need more practice. But it feels nice."
The presenter continued to try and get it right but later remarked: "There are more wrinkles on the mask than there are on my face. This isn't right at all."
He added: "I think I should've been standing up to do this. This is a very bad idea."

Phil's pamper day comes after he was treated to a slap-up Father's Day meal by his daughters Molly and Ruby.
The pair took him out for lunch in a very appropriate place – a swish restaurant at Television Centre.
The giant studios in west London are where Phillip worked in his BBC days – and still does now he's fronting This Morning.
He posed with the pair over Sunday lunch at The Broadcaster, where a beef roast costs £21.
