Susanna Reid fuels Richard Madeley feud rumours as she misses second day of Good Morning Britain | The Sun
SUSANNA Reid's absence from Good Morning Britain has led some viewers to speculate it's because of a rumoured feud between her and co-star Richard Madeley.
Surprised fans of the show have been left scratching their heads this week due to Ranvir Singh appearing alongside Richard rather than Susanna.
But they'll be pleased to know that the reason is nothing more sinister than Susanna enjoying some well earned time off.
A GMB spokesman told The Sun: "Susanna has a pre-planned week off this week, she is due back on Monday 27th June 2022."
That hasn't stopped some from questioning the relationship between the programme's two best-known anchors.
One wrote on Twitter today: "It looks like even Susanna can’t bear to be there when he’s sat there spouting rubbish. I only watch out of fascination that anyone like him could ever be let near news journalism."

Another said: "If GMB loses Susanna Reid because they want to keep the wretched Madeley they’re more short sighted than I thought!"
For months viewers claim to have spotted underlying tension between Susanna and Richard.
The broadcasting duo often disagree on issues being debated, with neither shy in voicing their opinion.
One likened the heavy atmosphere on set to the aftermath of a parental row in a family home, adding: "That's how it feels – every day."

Another claimed Susanna had flashed Richard "disgusting" looks and felt it was rude.
While a third noticed Susanna shushing Richard when he spouted a French phrase.
Earlier this year feud rumours intensified after the pair failed to pose together at the BAFTA Television Awards.
Richard was seen arriving on the red carpet separately from the rest of the GMB team and his ITV co-star Susanna.
They failed to share a celebratory photo after their groundbreaking interview with former ISIS member Shamima Begum was nominated for a gong.
Richard and Susanna have fronted GMB Mondays to Wednesdays since just before Christmas.
The veteran broadcaster took over the job nine months after the departure of Piers Morgan, who has launched a new show on talkTV.
Richard said: "I do it month to month at the moment and I'm very happy to.
