Deborah James looks beautiful in red dress as Bowelbabe fund hits a huge £6.5million

Deborah James incredible Bowel Babe fund has now raised a huge £6.5million.

The star, who was recently made a Dame as Prince William visited her home, has shared her disbelief at the staggering amount raised.

Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-two penned: "I can’t believe the Rebellious Hope tshirt has now reached over £500,000 – yes half a million pounds! I'm so grateful to all of you & the @inthestyle team for your incredible support!

"What’s your favourite item from the collection?! Let me know below!"

Deborah's stunning new collection with InTheStyle has been designed with the help of herself and her daughter Eloise.

Eloise helped design the floaty Tutu skirt, and Deborah coined her daughter her "mini me," as she posted a snap.

Eloise also helped her mum design the collection's most popular item – a T-shirt with the slogan 'Rebellious Hope' on the front.

Discussing the item, Deborah penned: "Designed for my beautiful dancing, ballet loving mini me, my daughter, Eloise.”

In a beautiful video where Deborah discussed the creative process behind the collection, she shared plans to "wear a different dress each day."

She said: "From now until I die, I'm wearing a different dress each day. Sounds slightly odd and morbid but I'm enjoying it so much.”

Last week Deborah gave fans a sneak peek of the collection with the launch of her ‘Rebellious Hope’ t-shirt. All items sold out within hours, and so far the t-shirt has raised £400k for the Bowelbabe charity.

“I am blown away yet again. The charity T-shirt is just a sneak peek [of my collection] but I am so proud,” she said.

The In The Style collection was announced just last week, as Deborah revealed she’s been working on it for “several months”.

Deborah thanked the In The Style team and her fans for their support, before saying “I’ve had so much fun designing and curating everything and I hope you have just as much wearing it all”.

And fans were particularly excited that Deborah confirmed the dress she wore to meet Prince William is part of the In The Style collection.

The gorgeous collection is available to pre-order until 8am on Monday, and 100 per cent of the profits are going to Bowel Babe for Cancer Research UK.

And the collection has many famous fans, with Ashley James penning: "Total icon. I'm can't wait to get my poppy dress."

Meanwhile Gaby Roslin posted: "The designs are so beautiful and you look incredible my darling Deborah."

Another added: "Wearing my Rebellious hope T Shirt as I type …..You truly look amazing in them all.. Can’t decide."
