What happened to the guy in the Six Flags commercial?

IN THE early to mid-2000s, the amusement park chain known as Six Flags often shared advertisements featuring an old dancing man.

The now 46-year-old Danny Teeson portrayed the mascot known as Mr Six.

What happened to the guy in the Six Flags commercial?

Daniel Snyder bought out Six Flags in 2005 and almost immediately cut the Mr Six ad campaign from the circuit.

Snyder is an advertising executive and the owner of the NFL's Washington Commanders.

Mr Six made his first reappearance in February of 2009, officially returning that March.

By 2010, however, Mr Six once again faded from the ad cycle at Six Flags.

Nearly a decade later, Danny Teeson officially confirmed his identity as Mr Six in 2018.

"Yes, initially, there was a big shock surrounding it," Teeson told Bustle at the time.

He revealed he was not allowed to disclose whether or not he was the dancing man.

"The first few years, I had a hefty NDA agreement with my contract, which only garnered even more curiosity."
