Britney Spears vows to 'speak up & blow the house down about abuse' during conservatorship & tells family 'f**k you all'

Britney Spears is back with another Instaslam against her family.

Late Friday night, the singer shared a series of cryptic photos and a video of a rainbow from Maui.

On the video, Britney can be heard exclaiming: "After a storm there's always a rainbow."

In her caption, she continued her attack on her estranged family, and defended her reliance on therapy.

"I always used to hate the way my mom thrived on drama … she would literally scream from the rooftops … no lie!!!," she exclaimed, explaining that her mom would spend hours arguing with her dad, a "drunk man who couldn't even talk.

"Why?" she asked. "I was the one who never got any sleep."

And the now 40-year-old confessed it wasn’t just one night, but according to her every night of her life.

THERAPY HELPS

The Toxic singer then segued into her experience with mental help and therapy, something that wasn't widely accepted in her Louisiana home.

"With that said … traditionally growing up going to therapy WHERE I COME FROM is looked down on," she continued.

"I mean MY PARENTS never went to therapy. They THRIVED AND LIVED WITH DRAMA every day of their f**king lives.

"I was always extremely embarrassed to talk about my personal life and still am to this day. I believe you take it to God … it’s none of anybody's business.

"That’s why forcing me so long to talk in therapy has never been my style. Yet at this point … my family has broken me so much I do need a little therapy."

FAMILY FEUD

But while Britney may enjoy the confidentiality of a therapist, she continues to lash out at family members who have spilled secrets in tell-all books.

"I just find it pretty sad in my hardest times not only my mother but my sister tell their books of their STORY … DRAMA … I don’t think that’s particularly nice … we are entitled to our own story but this drama is of the devil!!!

"I mean we all like a little gossip but dear God !!!"

She went on to explains: "I’m posting a pic of a rainbow I saw in Maui yesterday … after every STORM ⛈ there will always be a rainbow … that’s God’s promise!!!

"God’s rainbow outweighs the storm infinitely and that’s the message I want to send to my mother and my sister.

"So when you look at this rainbow mother please understand this and this only … I am a woman now!!!

"I’m not the type of person to air dirty laundry but I’m sure as hell not going to sit back and be my family’s Jesus Christ!!!

"I will speak up and blow the f**king house down!!!

"I’m still not done.. and F**K YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY F**KING HEART!!!

BOOK REPORT

Jamie Lynn released her tell-all memoir, Things I Should've Had Said, this year.

After Britney was freed from her 13-year conservatorship last year, Jamie Lynn put her on blast in the book, saying her behavior when she was younger was "erratic" and "spiraling."

Her mother, Lynne, released Through The Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family In a Tabloid World, in 2008, which drew some light on Britney's struggles with the paparazzi and mental health.

The Grammy winner has called out her family before for not supporting her or trying to get her out of her conservatorship.

“If you’re like my family who says things like ‘sorry, you’re in a conservatorship’ … probably thinking you’re different [from you] so they can f**k with you !!!!” she wrote in her previous court testimony.

CRY ME A RIVER

Her latest lashing comes just days after she seemingly called out ex Justin Timberlak in a now-deleted Instagram post for using her for fame and fortune.

Britney posted a video on Instagram that showed her rocking her hips from side to side in a long tan dress with a black pattern on it.

The video was simple, but the caption called out many people in her life.

She captioned it: "I had a calling from Jesus last night and you know what he said?… Dear child… your mom had a serving with her book at the exact time you needed her most… all for WHAT? FAME AND ATTENTION? Your ex did the same thing… he served with his first album using your name claiming you did him dirty."

While she didn't reveal any names, the only ex that released an album after they broke up was Justin with Justified.

Timberlake has said in the past that the album's second single, Cry Me A River, was about their break-up.

Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline released his first album, Playing With Fire, while the two were still together.
