England vs Switzerland LIVE: Stream, TV channel, kick-off time for TODAY'S international as Guehi and Gallagher start

CRYSTAL PALACE duo Conor Gallagher and Marc Guehi START for England tonight against Switzerland.

It is a huge chance to impress for the Eagles pair, as well as fringe players Conor Coady and Kyle Walker-Peters, with eight months to go till the Qatar World Cup kicks off.

The Three Lions went undefeated in their World Cup qualifiers winning eight out of 10 games and comfortably topping the group by six points.

And Gareth Southgate can use this fixture as an opportunity to give inexperienced players their first senior international debut.

However, the Swiss will also be heading to the World Cup after going undefeated finishing top of Group C ahead of Euro 2020 winners Italy.

So the England boss will be well aware that this match is far from a foregone conclusion.

    Double debutants for Southgate's Lions

Gareth Southgate promised there would be debuts during this international break, and – as ever – he's been true to his word.

The England boss has handed first caps to Marc Guehi and Kyle Walker-Peters.

Southampton's Walker-Peters was drafted into the squad following the withdrawals of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Reece James, and begins against Switzerland at right-back.

Crystal Palace centre-back Guehi, meanwhile, has had a fine season since moving to the Eagles, and plays in a back three alongside John Stones and Conor Coady.

Guehi's teammate at Selhurst Park, Conor Gallagher, also makes his first start for the Three Lions in midfield, having previously been capped as a sub.

    Jiggo remembered at Wembley

It's been an emotional afternoon in the Wembley press lounge where tributes have been paid to SunSport journalist Paul Jiggins, who died last week.

Millwall fan Jiggo joined The Sun in 1990, and for the past ten years covered Tottenham Hotspur with distinction.

Ahead of today's international, England captain Harry Kane said: "I just wanted to send my condolences to Paul Jiggins’ family.

"Obviously, Paul followed me at Millwall, England under-21s, and at Tottenham, and I know a lot of you in this room will have known him as well so from me and all the team, we send all our condolences to him and his family."
