RANDY Fowler is the older brother of Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey.
The Rod Stewart impersonator has made a series of sex abuse allegations against their dad, and fears Spacey might kill himself after he was accused of sex assaults.
Who is Randall Fowler?
Randall Fowler, who goes by the name Randy Flower, is a limo driver and Rod Stewart impersonator from Boise, Idaho.
He is the estranged older brother of actor Kevin Spacey.
The 63-year-old was born in Colorado three years before Spacey, who was born when the family moved to New Jersey.
Randy moved out of the family home in 1975 when Kevin was just 16.
What did Randy Fowler say about his father?
Fowler made a series of sordid allegations against his and Spacey's late dad Thomas Geoffrey Fowler.
He claimed Thomas was a white supremacist and a member of the American Nazi Party, who repeatedly raped and beat him and his brother as children.
He described their family home as a "living hell" and alleged his mum Kathleen turned a blind eye to her "Nazi child rapist" husband's abuse.
The alleged family abuse first appeared in a 2004 interview.
A spokesman for Spacey said at the time that Randy's allegations were "serious" and that "Kevin has not experienced the distress that his brother describes as he has never been a victim of abuse and can only sympathise with him".
Thomas died in 1992.
What else has Fowler said?
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Randy Fowler shamed his Hollywood star brother, saying he is “worse” than their Nazi rapist father.
Fowler has also accused him of having a “creepy” relationship with their mother in bombshell book,
A Moment In Time: Living In The Shadows.
He also reveals how he almost killed their abusive and racist dad – who he nicknamed The Creature for his inhuman behaviour – after he had raped Randy over 50 times when he was only 14.
The book was published just weeks after Oscar-winning Spacey faced a slew of sex allegations from men – some of who were only teenagers at the time of the alleged assaults.
In February 2019 Randy told The Sun he was worried Spacey would take his own life, and urged him to admit his "guilt" and "take his punishment".
He said: "You’d be surprised what people will do when they’re faced with the truth and they can’t deal with it.
"All your money isn’t going to cure your damaged soul.”
What has Randy Fowler said about the Kevin Spacey accusations?
Randy's allegations were repeated in the wake of scandalous claims made against Spacey in October 2017.
Spacey, 59, was accused of making drunken sexual advances against an underage teen actor when he was 26.
A string of other alleged victims have also made claims against the star, who was ditched from Netflix drama House of Cards.
Randy said his brother turned to acting and changed his name to hide a “dark side” after a childhood plagued by abuse and denials about his sexuality.
He told The Sun: “Kevin turned to acting as a little kid. He ditched the name Fowler and created the character of Kevin Spacey to mask a monster.
"It helped him hide from his demons.
“He struggled with his sexuality, always denying he was gay. On stage he pretended to be somebody else. It gave him power, transformed him.

“We grew up with abuse and neglect in a house of horrors. Our violent dad whipped me with a riding crop… I’ve never had children in case that evil personality could be passed on.
“Now it sadly seems one of us may carry those twisted genes and that person might be Kevin.
“His fans love the sinister characters he plays, but he’s not acting, that’s really him.
