A Spanish-style beachfront villa, Jennifer Lopez purchased her first home in Miami in 2002 for an undisclosed amount. The 1.2-acre of land has six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms with a koi pond, bay frontage, and a 60-foot swimming pool.
