Kourtney Kardashian slams troll who accuses her of getting butt lift after seeing throwback with sisters Kim and Khloe
KOURTNEY Kardashian clapped back at a troll who accused her of getting a Brazilian butt lift, a nose job and Botox.
The user claimed the KUWTK star, 42, had had "plenty" of plastic surgery while commenting on a throwback photo of her with sisters Kim and Khloe.
The trio wore tiny bikinis while at an beach resort in the pic, with Kourtney posing with one leg propped up and her hand on her hip.
A fan commented on the snap, shared by Instagram account popcultureangel: "Only one who really didn't change was Kourt."
The troll replied: "Kourtney got plenty of surgery! She just did it in an extremely natural way that still complimented her features instead of changed them.
"Botox, nose job, some sort of butt shot or BBL just to start."
Kourtney hit back: "No better compliment than a too good to be real kind of compliment, butt shot and brazilian butt lift, um thanks.
"And you were just getting started."

The mother-of-three – who is engaged to Travis Barker – has been open about her plastic surgery in the past, revealing she got breast implants at the age of 21.
She admitted she regretted the surgery and was even considering getting them removed.
“I had my boobs done but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before,” Kourtney told Showbiz Spy in 2011.
“I’ve realized that I was made to look a certain way and I’m considering removing them."
PLASTIC SURGERY SPECULATION
The Kardashians have faced plenty of plastic surgery speculation over the years, with Khloe receiving possibly the most backlash from fans over her "changing face".
Back in June, the 37-year-old confirmed she'd had a nose job and Botox.
"For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!' I’ve had one nose job!" she said during the KUWTK reunion.
"Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me! You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose.
"I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox."
Kim, meanwhile, has faced years of speculation over whether she's had bum implants.
The 41-year-old finally admitted in 2016 to getting her buttocks cosmetically enhanced – but said she had cortisone shots to treat a skin complaint.

She explained during a livestream: "I went to go get a cortisone shot in my butt.
“I lived right behind Kitson [the boutique in Los Angeles]. One of my neighbours was a dermatologist at Cedars.
”I go in there and he’s like, ‘There’s a one in a billion chance that you will get a huge indent in your butt.’ Of course I get a huge indent on my butt.
“There is a picture of me in Miami wearing an electric blue dress, and another picture of me walking down Robertson.
“You see the indent. And I think that’s when the rumors started, ‘She’s had implants’.”
Even to this day, the reality TV favourite still has shots to treat psoriasis, which was first spotted by her mum Kris Jenner, when she noticed a rash on her daughter’s legs as a teen.
Admitting that she had one recently, she said: “Every few years I get a cortisone shot. And it’s so funny. I just got one as my psoriasis was so bad in Vegas.
