Michelle Keegan has revealed the one reason why she always turns down the opportunity to go on Strictly Come Dancing.
The former Coronation Street star, 34, admitted that despite being asked a "few times" she is "too scared and nervous" of the BBC One dance floor.
Speaking on Saturday's pre-recorded episode of The Jonathan Ross Show, Michelle shared that her "heart was in her mouth" even when her husband Mark Wright competed on Strictly in 2014 and again for the Christmas special in 2019.
Michelle is joined by Sir Elton John, Rob Brydon, Judi Love, Craig David and MNEK during the star-studded show.
Talking about her recent time on Strictly, Judi, 41, who was sadly eliminated in October with pro Graziano Di Prima, asked Craig, 40, if he had ever been approached to do the show.
To which he said: "I’m good in a house party. Put me on the TV my feet would start to move differently. They haven’t [asked me]. They’ve seen the house party moves."
While Michelle added: "I have a few times [been asked]. But for me, it’s the live audience… it’s a skill. It takes a lot of dedication and skill.
"He [husband Mark Wright] did it like five years ago. It’s the music before it happens and the audience is really quiet and the lights come on. My heart was in my mouth for him. I couldn’t be on the dance floor, too scared, too nervous."
To which Judi agreed, saying: "Dancing live you could trip, you could forget a step, it’s so huge. It’s when they say ‘dancing to’ that’s the bit!
"Physically it’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It makes me think more about health and finding something you really enjoy. Dancing for a health area for me is something I want to embrace more."
Elsewhere during the chat, Michelle, who has appeared in the likes of Corrie, Our Girl and Brassic, sweetly revealed that her family are very proud of her career.
She said: "They are [proud]. My dad’s in Tenerife at the moment, he’s bought a bar out there. I must have FaceTimes off him five times a day with random customers. He’s really proud. I don’t know how he drops it in. ‘Come in to my bar and get a FaceTime with Michelle!'"
Talking about her proudest role so far, Michelle added: "I’d say Our Girl just because I was away from home for a long time. One of the seasons I did I was living away for eight months. I was in Nepal, Malaysia, South Africa. I had a great time, I was lucky, but it was hard to be away from home."

Asked if she would ever return to the BBC war drama, she admitted: "Yeah. The door’s been left open for Georgie anyway, so I definitely would. Georgie’s storyline with Elvis came to an end. It felt the right time for her to step back. But I would love to go back.
"It was really physically demanding. I think acclimatising was really hard. So hot and a lot of kit on, that was really hard. And the medical side, learning all the medical side of the job as well."
