Line Of Duty season 6 shares first look at new DC – will she help find H?
Line Of Duty has shared a first look at their new Detective Constable ahead of season 6’s launch.
Shalom Brune-Franklin will be joining Adrian Dunbar, Vicky McClure and Martin Compston as DC Chloe Bishop, in the latest episodes of the smash-hit thriller set to air in March.
The show announced the news via an AC-12 memo from Superintendent Hastings (Dunbar) in his classic brash tone to the rest of the staff, also confirming the series will be extended to add an extra episode.
Alongside the letter was a photograph of the team with looking like they mean business, with Brune-Franklin already nailing down the squad’s classic glare and power poses.
The message read: ‘I am writing to inform you that DC Chloe Bishop (Shalom Brune-Franklin) will be joining AC-12 to assist in their important work on a tricky upcoming case.
‘This action will be effective immediately. AC-12 highest priority will always be capturing bent coppers.
‘With that in mind, we have requested and been granted an extension of an extra episode for our next series, making it our longest yet.
‘This extension ensures we can properly and thoroughly investigate organised criminal activity when we return soon to BBC One and BBC iPlayer for our sixth outing.’
Can she be the key to cracking the case of who mystery troublemaker H is?
Brune-Franklin previously starred alongside Hugh Laurie in political thriller Roadkill last year, as well as Netflix fantasy series, Cursed.
She also appeared in two series of Our Girl, as Maisie Richards.
Line Of Duty season 6 has yet to be given a release date.
