Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson grows close to Our Girl star Sean Sagar

JESY Nelson split from her long-term boyfriend Chris Hughes at the beginning of lockdown but that doesn’t mean she has been lonely.

The Little Mix singer has grown close to Our Girl actor Sean Sagar after spending quality time with him during the pandemic.

Our exclusive snap shows the rising star sneaking out of Jesy’s pad last week sporting shades and a cap.

As well as the hit BBC1 Army drama, Sean has appeared in ITV drama Sticks And Stones and Guy Ritchie crime caper The Gentlemen.

Sean and Jesy have been spending time together as a pair and also chilling with a group of mutual pals including plus-size model Felicity Hayward.

They started hanging out soon after Jesy cut ties with Love Islander Chris in April. That brought to an end almost 18 months of dating.

A source said: “Jesy and Sean have really hit it off. They’ve got the same sense of humour and he’s been making her smile.

“He’s told his mates he thinks she’s really hot and fun to be with.

“Their special bond has cheered him up too, as all his acting work had been put on hold due to Coronavirus.

“So hanging out with Jesy has made him really happy again. But Jesy has insisted he’s just a mate to her.”

A spokesman for Little Mix said: “Jesy has adamantly denied that she is dating Sean Sagar and states that they are just friends.”

Jesy has previously dated dancer Jordan Banjo, Jake Roche of Rixton and Push Baby, former Towie cast member Chris Clark and musician Harry James.

Earlier this year the star said she is not interested in settling down right now, adding: “I don’t like rushing things. You should do it at your own pace when things feel right.”

Asked if she was ready for kids, Jesy added: “They’ve never really been on my agenda.

“Maybe when I’m older I might change my mind. Right now I can’t think of anything worse.

“I feel like a kid myself, so it’s quite a scary thought having kids.

“I don’t think I’m ever not going to feel like a child myself.”

Laura's Flix pick

THEY played siblings in the hit Netflix series White Lines and now its stars, Laura Haddock and Tom Rhys Harries, are dating, we can reveal.

Laura, a mum of two, split from Peaky Blinders’ Sam Claflin last year after six years of marriage.

The actress met toyboy Tom, who at 27 is seven years her junior, shooting the hedonistic Ibiza-set drama, which features sex, drugs and murder, in Majorca last year.

They played brother and sister Zoe and Axel in the ten-parter, which has topped the streaming platform’s viewing charts in 21 countries, including here.

An industry source said: “The couple have been spending a lot of time together in London and are really loved-up.

“They’ve been hanging out a lot and are keen to shoot another series together. Laura has been in touch with Netflix regularly.

“She’s introduced Tom to all her friends and sees a future with him despite being seven years older.

“Spain holds a special place in their hearts, as that is where they fell in love.”

Speaking about the project earlier this year, Laura said: “I had the best time on this job.”

Now we know why.

Gemma's duet off

NAUGHTY Boy has pulled the plug on his much-hyped duet with unlikely pal Gemma Collins.

It comes as the star puts the finishing touches to his album Heart Land.

He said: “I love the GC. I was going to do something with her as she can sing, but I have my priorities.

“I think she has potential but it has to come from her. She has to really want it. I wish her all the best with it.”

We imagine his bosses at Universal must be breathing a huge sigh of relief.

As well as supporting Dementia UK’s Lives On Hold campaign, the music A-lister has been busy at home, caring for his mum.

He added: “I wish I was married with kids because it would have made it easier to care for her and I could have had more support.”

There’s still time . . .

Una's up for fun

AFTER a few years of being unlucky in love, Una Healy is dating again.

We can reveal the former Saturdays singer has been on a date with dashing lawyer Tom Phillips, who four years ago was named “most wanted single” on the dating app Happn.

The news comes in the wake of Una splitting from her Irish fella David Breen, a professional hurler, back in March after a year together.

She is looking for The One after dumping her love-rat ex-husband Ben Foden, the ex-England rugby star and dad of her two kids, in July 2018 for cheating on her.

A music source said: “Una and Tom met through mutual friends and have enjoyed a romantic evening out.

"It’s early days but he is smitten.”

We’re not surprised. Una is gorgeous.

An ice little earner

SHE’S often hidden behind the shadow of her sister Sam, but Billie Faiers is set to take centre stage starring on Dancing On Ice.

The former Towie regular is already part of the ITV family with her reality show The Mummy Diaries, but she’s in talks to take part in the primetime series.

A source said: “Potential contestants are having preliminary tryouts in Slough and Billie is really liked by producers.

"She’s relatable to viewers as a working mum and will look fabulous in the costumes.

“It’ll be a big step for her as she loves to do telly projects with her sister Sam, but both sisters think Dancing On Ice is a great gig and will be really positive for their lucrative brand.”

Kel's Brook of love

BACK in the day, Kelly Brook, used to rock designer frocks by the likes of Julien Macdonald and Giorgio Aarmani but now that famous figure is sporting supermarket fashion.

She has landed a six-figure deal to model Tesco’s F&F clobber after plugging the gear on Instagram.

A Tesco spokesman said: “Kelly loves wearing F&F and always looks fabulous in their clothes.”

Kelly, who is dating model Jeremy Parisi, this week said her love life gets better with age, adding: “He likes curvy women. Your sex life gets better as you get older.”

Green-eyed Kevin

KEVIN Clifton has revealed cracks are showing in his relationship with Stacey Dooley.

The ex-Strictly pro admits he’s “jealous” that she gets to continue filming her TV projects while all his theatre gigs have been axed due to lockdown.

He  said: “Stacey has been working and I’m getting really jealous of her now that she gets to go out to work.

"It’s been an excuse to sit and play my PlayStation and just watch Netflix, but now I wish I could be performing.

“I think this is the least fit I’ve ever been right now.”

Adele sells her soul

AS ADELE prepares to unleash her next highly anticipated heartbreak album, the star is planning a brand new sound.

The slimmed down singer, who separated from husband Simon Konecki last year, has hired legendary US R&B producer Raphael Saadiq to oversee her new album.

Adele is also planning a collab with his close pal, American superstar crooner John Legend, after laying down some initial tracks in his Hollywood studio.

A music source said: “Adele is pouring her heart and soul into this record, including how she feels post-divorce.

“She’s been a fan of Raphael since she was a teenager and loves his back catalogue. She wants her next album to be full of soul, with a more eclectic sound.”

We can’t wait to hear it.

The one in the little black catsuit

IT was Posh Spice's shiny black catsuit from the Say You’ll Be There video that first caught hubby David Beckham’s eye.

Celebrating the couple’s anniversary yesterday, he reminisced in a gushing message on Instagram: “Well, about 23 years ago I was in a room with Gary Neville, and the Spice Girls were on TV.

"I turned to him and said, ‘Ohhh I like that one in the little black catsuit.’

"Who’d have thought that all these years later we are celebrating 21 years of marriage.”

So Mots for tea?

STRICTLY’s Motsi Mabuse is to show off her prowess in the kitchen.

The dance judge is taking part in BBC1’s Best Home Cook, starring Mary Berry and Claudia Winkleman.

A telly source said: “Motsi’s really excited and nervous to be taking part as it will be her first big TV project away from Strictly and a chance to show more of her personality.

“She’s a mother so she cooks regularly at home for her family, but being filmed doing it is another matter.

"Shooting is set to commence as soon as restrictions are lifted.”

At least that will give her time to practice.

Isle of fright

CONCERNED Love Island bosses have reached out to ex-contestants to brace themselves for public reaction ahead of explosive compilation shows.

The reunion specials, set to run later this month, will include a roller-coaster of clips from previous series.

A telly source said: “ITV’s welfare team has given all former stars a heads up about the shows and made it clear that they can contact them for counselling and support should they find it difficult to deal with or encounter any trolling.

"They are being extra sensitive.”
