Louise Redknapp, 45, took to Instagram today to ask her followers for their help.
The 45-year-old pop star discovered a toad in her garden and didn’t know what to do with it.
The signer told her 698,000 followers she was “worried about him”.
Louise, who was married to former footballer Jamie Redknapp for 19 years until 2017, is currently isolating at home with their two sons Charley, 15, and Beau, 11.
She has been regularly updating her fans during lockdown by posting pictures and Tik Tok videos in between homeschooling and launching her own fashion and lifestyle Instagram account and blog.
Earlier today, the former Eternal star posted a picture online which showed an unexpected visitor in her garden.
The social media snap captured a dark coloured toad on the floor.
Alongside the photograph, the mum-of-two wrote: “Trying to rescue a toad.”
“Worried about him,” she added before asking: “Any tips???”
It is not uncommon to find a frog or toad in urban areas far away from a pond.
The Amphibian and Reptile Conservation website advises people to release the animal to another area of the garden if it is in any danger.
Dense foliage or areas underneath a shed for example, can provide protection from predators and extreme weather.
