Subway has reopened a quarter of its stores under strict social distancing measures.
These include signage to support social distancing, improved hygiene practices and the supply of PPE to protect staff and customers.
The new measures have been tested in a small number of stores that have remained open to serve key workers and hospital staff, Subway said.
To say thanks for their hard work during the pandemic, NHS workers will receive 25 per cent off their orders.
Subway works on a franchisee model where individuals own and run its 2,572 stores around the UK and Ireland.
To find out if your local branch has reopened, simply use the chain's store locator tool.
Hungry Subway fans can also order for delivery on Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats from the reopened branches.
Delivery fees vary depending on your location, but if you spend more than £10 on either of the apps, you'll get the order delivered to your doorstep for free.
Colin Hughes, country director of Subway UK & Ireland, said: "Everybody in our Subway family and the wider communities they serve, has shown great resilience in adapting to these challenging times that we currently find ourselves in.
"We are extremely grateful for their ongoing support in anticipation of this next phase of our gradual reopening, which will enable us to continue to serve our communities and frontline workers, who have helped us all so much in recent weeks."
"The weeks and months ahead will continue to be challenging for everyone and Subway will play its part in supporting the new normal whatever that may look and feel like."
Subway is the latest food chain to start reopening branches again following coronavirus lockdown.
From tomorrow, McDonald's will open 15 branches for delivery and it's also been given the green light to reopen all its UK drive-thrus.
Burger King have also announced that they will be opening an extra 70 branches for delivery this week.
Meanwhile, Greggs has reopened a small number of stores on a trial basis.
