Holly Willoughby reveals she’s suffering from anxiety dreams amid pressure of running This Morning with a ‘tiny crew’ – The Sun

HOLLY Willoughby has revealed she's suffering from anxiety dreams as she feels the pressure of running This Morning with a "tiny crew".

The 39-year-old confessed she felt out of sorts at the start of the show and went on to tell viewers about her strange dream.

She said: "I feel like I'm not across everything today and then I realised it's because I had that dream, the fear dream.

"I can't remember what it means, but I dreamt I was cast as Madame in Madame Butterfly, but I didn't know any words or music. "I had to go on but didn't know what I was doing. It was that terrifying fear dream."

The interpretation behind forgetting things, is linked to anxieties and stress in your life.

Phillip went on to explain that Holly appears to be having anxiety about the changes at work due to the coronavirus crisis.

He said: "I have no clue what we're doing today.

"I feel relatively prepared but the way things stack up now and are put together these days… there's tiny staff and Good Morning Britain use all our kit so everything is all absolutely at the last minute.

"We have about four minutes prep."

Determined not to let it affect them, Phil added: "This is what we do every day. We read and see what we're doing."

He then told the viewer: "You'll discover at the same time we do."
